POSITION SUMMARY: Under general supervision from the Human Resources Manager the Human Resources Generalist (HRG) will provide comprehensive administrative support for the day-to-day operations of human resources functions and duties and employee relations support for supervisors and employees. The HR Generalist carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: recruiting, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, reasonable accommodations, and leave of absence administration.
